Your knowledge of cleaning and customer service are precisely what we want for our company. We provide cleaning for residences and businesses predominantly. We also perform final cleaning on construction projects.
TEAM LEAD/SUPERVISOR
The team leader position provides training for new staff, acts as a liaison for management and works to improve processes. Our team leaders are smart, innovative, efficient and hard working. They recognize that cleaning is important and strive to produce the best outcome. Other characteristics that we look for are integrity, dependability and enthusiasm. Do you have these skills?
Responsibilities and Duties
*Manage & train 2-3 people
*Clean side-by-side with team members
*Schedule clients each day
*Walk through the project upon completion to verify accuracy
*Provide feedback to staff
*Maintain company equipment and vehicles
Qualifications and Skills
*Excellent customer service-willing to meet or exceed the customer's expectations, developing reasons to say YES to what the customer needs.
*Manage others-providing step by step training to help develop staff on the job, talking through tough situations, demonstrating compassion for the staff and the client (sometimes a thin line).
*Deal with touchy situations-ability to take action to respond positively & quickly.
*Must have a valid driver's license & maintain insurance (to be eligible to drive our company cars).
*Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 43 per week
