Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pricing Administrator to join our team at Darragh Company. The Pricing Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining pricing data, supporting the execution of pricing strategies, and ensuring accurate pricing information across all systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Pricing Management: Maintain and update product pricing in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms and locations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze pricing data, sales trends, and market conditions to support pricing strategy adjustments. Provide reports and insights to leadership and sales teams. Conduct market research to gather competitor pricing, industry trends, and customer insights that inform pricing decisions and strategies.
- Customer Pricing Support: Assist sales teams by providing customer-specific pricing, reviewing contract terms, and ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.
- Pricing Adjustments: Implement price changes, including cost increases, margin adjustments, promotions, and seasonal discounts. Ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain pricing documentation, policies, and procedures. Generate pricing reports and present findings to management.
- Customer Matrix & Contract Pricing: Support the development and maintenance of customer-specific pricing matrices and contract pricing models, ensuring alignment with customer agreements and company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years in pricing, sales, or data analysis, ideally in construction supply or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills, data management, and ERP system proficiency (e.g., Prelude, SAP) with advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience in construction supply, pricing strategies, contract/customer matrix pricing, and pricing analytics tools.
