What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Furniture Customer Service Representative position at DARRAN Furniture?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Communication via email and phone with field sales and customers.
- Assist Customers by answering product questions and providing price quotes on products.
- Assist Sales by promoting new products and programs.
- Develop strong Customer bonds by providing dependable service through communication timeliness, quote timeliness and overall understanding of product and processes.
- Provide leads and customer information to Internal and External Sales Departments, for project follow-up.
- Assist with the processing and proofing of orders to ensure correctness of goods and discount.
- Identify project orders that required Critical delivery status and track orders with Manufacturing
- Provide shipping information to customers as requested
- First line contact on Freight and Warranty issues.
- Participate in Literature fulfillment rotation
