Our growing West Michigan real estate team is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join us as a Real Estate Team Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our agents and ensuring smooth, successful transactions for our clients.
What You'll Do:
You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine, providing comprehensive support to our agents. Responsibilities include managing transaction details, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings, communicating with clients, lenders, and title companies, preparing and processing paperwork, and utilizing our transaction management software to ensure everything stays on track. Occasional in-person tasks and team meetings in the Greater Grand Rapids area will be required.
