Job Responsibilities

As a Claims Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of each case by:

• Making a high volume of calls each day to report auto claims to insurance carriers.
• Following up on policies and declarations pages from insurance companies.
• Obtaining verbal confirmation of coverage details.
• Disputing liability to advocate for our clients.
• Providing timely and accurate information to relevant internal and external parties to facilitate case resolution and minimize costs.
• Keeping case files updated with police reports, property damage photos, estimates, and repair costs.
• Identifying high-value cases and bringing them to the team’s attention.
• Multitasking and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless case progression.
• Communicating professionally and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read).
• Knowledge of vehicles and auto insurance claims processes.
• Experience in disputing liability with insurance companies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
