We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality custodial and cleaning services across various settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. The Subcontractor will ensure that all areas are clean, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various facilities.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitization practices and housekeeping management techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
