What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist (on-site) position at DarSalud Management?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes, reviews, and implements new, creative talent acquisition methods in a challenging/tight labor market environment
- Coordinates all pre-employment screening and reference checks for final candidates and communicates with hiring managers to develop job offers, including salary specifications.
- Extends offers to candidates and updates Management on the status of position.
- Participates in job fairs and develops community relationships to better advertise and source candidates
- Partners with hiring managers to identify requirements and understand business needs, while building strong relationships with hiring teams; Advises managers on best recruitment and selection practices
- Works to improve recruitment efforts through establishing social media
- Sources, screens, and evaluates candidate applications/resumes for qualifications
- Offers position to candidate, prepares offer letters and completes employee on-boarding
- Develops various metrics to measure efforts in the area of recruitment;
- Coordinates and assists in the implementation of the employee engagement and alignment strategies
- Works to improve recruitment efforts through establishing social media
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- Participates in generalist duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Education, Experience and Certification:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor degree preferred
- 2-4 years prior experience with proactive recruiting, preferably in a healthcare environment;
- 1-2 years prior experience as a Human Resource Generalist;
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience recruiting through various avenues and job boards
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with different management styles
- Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
- Proficiency, or experience, in HRIS software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
