Position Summary
The candidate for our approved service provider administrator will direct customer product, and DART property on a global level through the appropriate Repair and Overhaul facility. Ensuring only top-quality service along with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate repair orders through our ASP in a timely manner. Ensuring our customer are meeting their mission critical schedule and commitments.
- Handle all communications with ours ASP's, and relay information to sales/CXR's to ensure timely customer feedback, and schedule commitments.
- Ensure proper SIOP is available for repair kits, and other spares as requested. Tracking and transfering inventory promptly upon request to the ASP's while following up with our vendors.
- Assisting current and setting up new ASP’s, with training, technical issue, and logistical support. Ensure the ASPs are preforming work within our standard lead times. Preform onsite visits, and weekly phone calls as required.
- Process purchase orders and create sales orders. Ensure PO to the ASP's are within our contractual pricing agreement, and monitor upcharges requested by our ASP's.
- Report ASP’s KPI’s to upper management. Monitoring top performers and coaching ASP where needed when not meeting Mission, vision and values.
- Ensuring all transaction are processed through DART ERP system to ensure traceability, top-quality expectations, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficient on the use of PLEX and able to train others. Four years' experience preferred.
- Hands-on Aerospace product knowledge an asset.
