Procurement Administrator will direct customer product, and DART property on a global level through the appropriate Repair and Overhaul facility. Ensuring only top-quality service along with excellent customer service. Representing DART Aerospace in its mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Repair orders through our vendors in a timely manner, ensuring our customers are meeting their mission-critical schedules and commitments.
- Maintain relationships with our vendors, and relay key information to our sales team, ensuring timely customer feedback, and schedule commitments.
- Monitor inventory levels and other spares as requested. This may include inventory held on consignment at our ASPs. Track and transfer inventory promptly upon request to the ASP's. follow up on parts shortages, and ensure our vendors are delivering as promised.
- Oversee and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Ensure vendors adhere to projected timelines for product delivery to meet business requirements. Will occasionally travel to vendor sites if required.
- Oversee and process purchase and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Ensure purchase orders are within our contractual pricing agreement, and monitor upcharges requested.
- Ensuring all transaction are processed through our ERP system, ensuring traceability, top-quality expectations, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently
- Fast paced and lean work environment requiring strong time management and adaptability.
