What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in engineering, business administration, or related field of study
- Demonstrated successes with lifecycle program management within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Experience with engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product development
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards) to track progress and milestones
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and/or quality control processes
- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical and operational problems quickly and effectively
- A proactive approach to managing challenges and delivering innovative solutions
- Familiarity with construction management within operating manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma), and best practices in engineering and manufacturing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credentials
