What You'll Do :
As the HR Manager, you’ll oversee a facility of 600 or fewer employees, playing a pivotal role in shaping our culture and driving key outcomes. You’ll lead the HR team while partnering with management to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement goals. Your responsibilities include :
