Dart Container is a global leader in the production of innovative, eco-friendly packaging solutions. We are seeking an experienced Production Engineering Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and facilities maintenance, with at least 7 years of experience in managing teams and projects. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new methodologies, improving operations, and minimizing costs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and promoting practices and processes intended to provide safe products that comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Taking ownership and demonstrating leadership necessary to achieve goals specific to Safety, Quality, Service, Efficiency, and Employee Development
- Monitoring KPIs anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of targets
