What You Will Do
🔹 Manage and complete projects of varying sizes and durations
🔹 Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and designers to optimize processes
🔹 Lead process failure investigations and implement long-term solutions
🔹 Conduct feasibility studies for fabrication and processing improvements
🔹 Assist with assembly and disassembly of process equipment
🔹 Troubleshoot and implement engineering solutions to enhance operations
🔹 Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes
🔹 Work closely with production teams to improve efficiency and product quality
🔹 Create test parameters and analyze performance data for process optimization
🔹 Develop and execute continuous improvement plans
🔹 Mentor and guide junior engineers

What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study and three (3) years of related engineering experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Experience analyzing production equipment, processes and materials and solving issues
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies and troubleshoot engineering issues
- Experience in developing SOPs and continuous improvement plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, additional travel may be required during critical projects or business demands
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
- Valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
