Day To Day Role

• Learn Dart’s ERP Software System (SAP), Master Data, and Business Intelligence Tools
• Learn Dart’s Financial Management systems, Portfolio Management best practices, and other systems as needed
• Assist with the discovery, understanding and capture of business requirements
• Assist with the analysis of requirements and design of analytical solutions
• Assist with the development and building of data sets using software development skills
• Assist with the development and testing of business intelligence solutions
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses to respond to questions from business leaders
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information and follow company security policies
• Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data
  
  

Core Skills And Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

• Must be working towards a degree with an emphasis in STEM, Supply Chain, Financial Management, or Business Intelligence
• Interest in complex analyses of large data sets
• Strong collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork and results
• Strong verbal and written skills in order to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate
• Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to make progress in the absence of all requested information
• Ability to collaborate with team members
  
  

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Experience working with technologies related to Supply Chain, Financial Management, or Business Intelligence for personal/school project or paid employment
• Personal/school project or paid employment experience with SAP
• Personal/school project or paid employment experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence Tools
• Knowledge of Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
