As we continue to expand, we are looking for an HR Manager who is not only passionate about human resources but also dedicated to building strong relationships with employees and managers alike.
What You’ll Do
As an HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for all things HR in our warehouse environment. You’ll partner with leadership to support, coach, and guide them in making the best people-related decisions. Your role will be critical in ensuring our company runs smoothly by:
- Recruiting & Onboarding: You’ll manage hiring efforts, working with both direct hires and staffing agencies to bring in top talent.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: You’ll help create an environment where people love to work by monitoring turnover and implementing initiatives to keep employees engaged.
- HR Compliance & Recordkeeping: You’ll oversee site employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.), and coordinate with corporate HR.
- Training & Conflict Resolution: You’ll lead training sessions, facilitate problem-solving discussions, and handle sensitive employee relations issues.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: You’ll ensure proper timekeeping is kept, assist with benefits administration, and serve as the primary HR point of contact for our employees.
- Culture & Leadership Development: You’ll work closely with managers to coach, support, and build a strong team culture where every employee can thrive.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and HR. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial setting
- A strong understanding of recruiting, hiring, and compliance.
- Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred).
- Payroll and HRIS experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred, but not required:
🎓 PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
🎓 A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
