Barista

Job Description:

Dartcor is looking for a talented and dynamic Barista & Juice Bar Attendant to join our team for a full-time role. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to create delicious beverages, assist with food prep, and contribute to the overall success of our café. Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, Americanos, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brews, and other specialty beverages. Latte art skills are a plus.
• Juice Bar: Prepare and serve fresh juices and create new juicing recipes tailored to customer preferences.
• Food Prep Support: Assist the chef during peak hours with preparing sandwiches, salads, and other food items, ensuring quick and efficient service.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all customers with a positive attitude and a friendly smile, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.
• Café Operations: Assist with expediting during busy service times, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, and helping with any other tasks as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside café managers and team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer-facing café environment is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in making a wide range of coffee beverages, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Passion for fresh juices and the ability to craft creative juicing recipes.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to jump in and assist with various roles in the café, including food prep and expediting during busy times.
• A team player who is adaptable and willing to contribute to all aspects of café operations.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
