Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging CPR Instructor to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching CPR, First Aid, and other life-saving techniques to individuals, groups, and organizations. This role is perfect for someone engaging and passionate about health and safety and committed to equipping others with essential life-saving skills.
This is a part-time independent contractor position with the potential to work as much as you want based on your availability and class demand.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct CPR, AED, and First Aid training sessions for various audiences, including healthcare professionals, corporate employees, and the general public.
- Maintain training equipment and materials in good working order.
- Travel to different training locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current CPR Instructor Certification from the AHA, Red Cross, or HSI. Those not instructor certified may still apply as we will be running a instructor class for eligible applicants.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and instruct a diverse group of learners.
- Comfortable with technology and able to utilize the Red Cross Learning Center and or OTIS effectively and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a CPR instructor or relevant teaching/training experience.
- Experience working in healthcare, emergency response, or public safety.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Experience:
- Teaching/Instructing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
