What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Customer Service/Ticket Agent position at Dartmouth Coach?
Dartmouth Coach has an immediate opening for a full-time customer service/ticket agents at our Lebanon, NH. Hours for this position are Sunday through Thursday, 4:00pm - midnight. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. What you can expect from us:
- $18.75/hour with performance-based increase of $.50 at 90 days

- Computer literate with keyboarding skills
- Personable and outgoing and able to answer informational calls and direct passengers
- Sell tickets and handle cash drawer

- Light cleaning duties
- Ability to stand for periods of time
- Friendly, reliable, dependable and caring and an enthusiastic team player
