Responsibilities
- Job Summary:
- This role involves working as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure observance of liquor license laws, when appropriate.
- Respond to customer comments/complaints about quantity/quality of food, customer service, etc., seeking to satisfy customer needs and referring issues to Manager when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of caf/facility.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- High school plus 3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Four-plus years of general food service experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced food operation and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with customers and supervise employees.
