Position Purpose
The Post Graduate Fellow supports student-focused programs, initiatives, and communications at the Hopkins Center. Under the direction of the Manager of Fellowships and Student Initiatives, the role is pivotal in galvanizing student programming to advance engagement with the Hop across campus and to support the professional development of students participating in Hop jobs, fellowships, and other opportunities. A peer-to-peer position, the Fellow will focus on community-building and communications with students. They will be mentored in the development of administrative and project management skills in the arts field. This is a one-year term position with potential for renewal.

- Deep experience in the Dartmouth community.
- Demonstrated interest in the Performing Arts.
- Commitment to personal and departmental integrity, creativity, collaboration, and professionalism.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and an ability to plan and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Demonstrated writing/research skills.
- Proficiency in applications like Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms such as Google and with project management platforms.
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference to students who had a deep engagement with the arts during their undergraduate years at Dartmouth.

Description
Supporting Fellowships and Student Initiatives
This role assists with the planning, coordination and execution of meetings, events and programs as they relate to Hopkins Center student centered initiatives including the Fellowship program. The Post Graduate Fellow may collect data, research and participate in program visioning, assessment and strategies for future success. May participate in working groups or other Hopkins initiatives as a member of the Hop staff.
