Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Outreach Leader to join our team at Dartmouth College. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of outreach initiatives that foster strong relationships between alumni, students, and faculty.
This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Alumni Engagement and requires excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies that align with Dartmouth Health and Geisel School priorities.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including Clinical Department Chairs, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and leadership on program and event development.
- Analyze alumni feedback to refine outreach programs and increase participation.
- Oversee alumni and retired physician outreach programs, both on-campus and virtually.
- Design, implement, and manage strategies to engage resident and fellow alumni, retired clinicians, and current residents, fellows, interns, and physician constituents.
Requirements:
- Eight years of experience in alumni engagement or institutional advancement, including program development and volunteer management.
- Demonstrated experience and success in strategy development, project coordination, and event planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media and communication tools.
