- GENERAL SUMMARY
- Support the integration of collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement the standards of nursing in the processes of care.

- FUNCTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Clinical Practice
- Performs all assigned patient care responsibilities according to the standards of care at NLH and within the scope of practice established for LNAs.
- Demonstrates the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the population served.
- Documents care provided using hospital standards.
- Reinforces education to patients and families.
- Reports any untoward symptoms or changes to appropriate RN/LPN.
- Monitors the patient environment to assure that it is safe and free from hazards.

- POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- 0-1 year relevant clinical practice
- Hospital experience preferred

- BLS Certification
- Current state license
