What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Medical Surgical position at Dartmouth Health?
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for assisting RN's in providing individualized goal directed patient care. This posistion consists of different hours that are avialable 3pm-11 : 30pm, 11 : 30pm -7 : 30am, 7pm-7am and possibly some day shifts-This position is per diem onlyRequirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the VermontLNAtest required.
- Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required.
- Health Care ProviderBLScertification required with 90 days of hire.
- Previous nursing assistant experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age to apply due to regulations around medical equipment.
- Area of Interest : Clinical Support;
