Overview
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic is seeking a multi-specialty BE/BC Radiologist for a busy, multi-modality community practice at New London Hospital, located in New London, New Hampshire. The practice will be on-site at our locations across the healthcare system, but may also circulate to our academic medical center in Lebanon, NH. Locations include Peck Day, Mount Ascutney, and Valley Regional Hospital, all within a 30-minute drive from our main campus.
Dartmouth Health Radiology has a state-wide imaging presence with over 40 radiologists, dedicated night radiologists, and broad sub-specialty representation. The ideal candidate will have expertise and experience in the interpretation of MRI, CT, US, Breast Imaging, PET/CT, DEXA, X-Ray, and be able to perform office-based image-guided procedures, including breast biopsies (US, Stereotactic, and MRI-guided), breast needle localization, and ultrasound guided joint injections for arthrograms and intra-articular steroid injections. A strong background and comfort in breast imaging are required along with a team-based approach to patient care. In addition, the physician will be expected to teach and supervise residents during their DH rotations and on-call. This full-time position may include participation in evening work and participation in general call duties.
