Overview
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pain Management Physician / Anesthesiologist to join a team of established anesthesiologists, pain management specialists and anesthesiologist assistants. Position would be roughly 60/40 Anesthesia/Pain.
Opportunity Highlights
* Engaged Anesthesiology / Pain Management team which is highly invested in teamwork and optimal patient outcomes
* Manageable anesthesia caseload to include endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and urology. No cardiac or trauma cases.* Pain cases to include epidurals, radiofrequency ablation, neuromodulation, bedside procedures; ultrasound and x-ray guidance. No medication management.* Comprehensive compensation plan to include $545,134 salary, $50,000 sign-on bonus and $100,000 in retention incentives over five years.* Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) through 501 (c)(3) nonprofit status* 12 weeks of vacation, Biannual CME allowance of $6,000 and malpractice insurance with tail coverageSVMC has a proud 100-year history as an innovator in health care delivery.
