Overview

Assists in the implementation of a physical therapy treatment program.

Responsibilities

  • Performs treatment of patients following program developed by a Physical Therapist.
  • Documents treatment goals and patient's progress.
  • Provides education/instruction to patients and families.
  • Participates in and supports departmental programs such as in-service education, student programs, volunteer/observation programs, Professional Practice Committee, etc.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

    • Qualifications

    • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (AA degree).

    Required Licensure/Certifications

    • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (AA degree).
    • New Hampshire licensure required.
    • BLS certification required.
