Bariatric Advanced Practice Provider
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) is seeking an experienced Bariatric Advanced Practice Provider for our Bariatric program . The ideal candidates will have at least 1-3 years of experience in a bariatric setting.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited APRN or PA program
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the States of New York and Vermont
- 1-3 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a bariatric setting
