Our client, a top tier alternatives manager in Boston, is looking to grow their Liquid Credit team with the addition of an Associate-level hire.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established group that is on a rapid growth trajectory.
Our client is a Boston-based alternative asset manager, investing across equity and credit strategies. The Liquid Credit group has a sizeable AUM and has been established for 10 years. The group is about to grow somewhat and as such the team needs to grow. They are looking to hire an Associate into the team.
Candidates should have 1-3 years' work experience in leveraged finance, restructuring, classic investment banking or credit investing. Strong DCF and LBO modeling skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Credit Analysis of portfolio companies
* Supporting senior Analysts (Directors & MDs) in sector coverage in order to identify secondary market investment opportunities
* Credit Analysis on new issues including putting together a screening memo, building the model, undertaking due diligence and contributing to the investment memo.
