Our client is a leading middle market investor with private equity and private credit strategies.
The role sits within a small and growing Portfolio Management group, that has responsibility for all critical areas of post-close investment monitoring and management.
The Analyst will be involved in elements of deal execution related to funding and post-close workstreams. You will monitor portfolio companies' financial performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, conduct portfolio and fund-level analysis, conduct valuations of portfolio companies and monitor the performance of portfolio companies.
Analysts work closely with deal team members and directly with CFOs and CEOs of portfolio companies.
