About the Role: The Summer Analyst Intern will join the Secondaries Advisory team, gaining hands-on experience in executing secondary market transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients. This internship offers a comprehensive introduction to the private capital secondary market and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Transaction Support: Assist deal teams in executing secondary mandates, including preparing marketing materials, conducting financial analyses, and managing due diligence processes.
- Market Research: Conduct industry research and build out industry databases to support business development efforts.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze fund and asset-level projections, valuations, and returns.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and support senior bankers with client communications and presentations.
- Investor Outreach: Track investor outreach and facilitate due diligence questions from potential buyers.
- Process Management: Assist in managing the transaction execution process, including tracking investor meetings and maintaining databases of investor feedback and interest.
Qualifications:
- Expected Graduation in 2027
- GPA Minimum: 3.5
- Academic Excellence: Strong academic background with a focus on finance, economics, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and analysis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to craft clear and compelling presentations.
