What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wireless Retail Associate position at Dartphone?
Dart Phone is hiring part time Wireless Retail Associates in the Muskogee market. This is a part time position less than 36 hours per week. The store hours will be Monday - Saturday 10am-6pm .
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enroll customers in Lifeline Program
- General customer service skills
-Cash Handling
- Sales of phone upgrades and accessories
- Wireless phone troubleshooting
- General operation and cleanliness of the store
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience. Wireless experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate with individuals of various backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent
