Job Details
Title: Senior Technical MES Lead
Location: Greenville, NC (Onsite or Hybrid 3 days/Week)
Long Term contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MES system implementation and integration with control systems (DeltaV, FactoryTalk, DCS) and SAP modules.
- Convert pharmaceutical manufacturing processes into MES configurations, ensuring accurate data models and compliance.
- Configure and troubleshoot MES platforms such as Syncade, PharmaSuite, PMX, and PAS-X.
- Drive MES validation efforts, including test planning, execution, and regulatory documentation.
- Manage system connectivity, including equipment integration (e.g., scales, workstations).
- Develop and deliver MES training for operational and quality assurance teams.
- Ensure adherence to GMP regulations, IT security policies, and global MES standards.
- Maintain comprehensive SDLC documentation (URS, Trace Matrix, Test Scripts, SOPs, Change Logs).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in MES/Automation within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of GMP compliance and regulatory requirements for MES.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing processes (e.g., filling, compounding, purification).
- Experience integrating MES with control systems and SAP ERP.
- Hands-on experience with MES software (Syncade, PharmaSuite, PMX, PAS-X).
- Proficiency in validation tools such as Kneat, HP ALM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
