About the role :
This role is within the company's Construction and Field Services Department and reports to the Manager, Field Operations. You will serve as the regional field supervisor over multiple assigned MSA's and will be responsible for ensuring all field operations within your region are completed under established SLA's. You will also complete your own field tasks as part of the team.
What you"ll do :
- Assign geographical coverage areas to your team members that optimize efficiency and minimize travel time.
- Dispatch field tasks as received and appropriately assigned based on field team coverage. Troubleshoot tasks with the property management team as required.
- Ensure all tasks are reasonably completed on or before the due date as assigned for the entire region, developing strategic routes to complete said tasks.
- Regularly track and report on key metrics to management, mentor and coach field service direct reports to improve performance.
- Responsible for "touch back" training and ensuring all team members have access to any and all policies as they come available from management.
- Coordinate the ordering of required materials, ensure the proper tracking of company inventory.
- Responsible for quickly resolving any questions / concerns that arise out of the day to day activities of your team.
- Leads regional training with the team as updates to inspection templates and field services software are made.
