To further accelerate our growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Sales to lead revenue generation, build strategic partnerships, and develop a strong sales team in North America.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales will be essential in shaping and executing the sales strategy for North America, transforming high-level company goals into effective market strategies. We are looking for a collaborative sales leader with extensive experience in B2B hardware sales, ideally in the technology sector. A background in AI or machine learning would be beneficial.

This role involves cultivating strong customer relationships, driving business development, and positioning the company as a key player in its industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, startup or mid-sized environment and will be a strategic, results-driven leader capable of building key partnerships and succeeding in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Revenue Growth : Lead efforts to increase revenue through strategic B2B negotiations, particularly with enterprise clients. Secure key deals and expand market presence.
  • Partnership Development : Forge relationships with influential industry players, positioning the company as a preferred partner for next-generation technology solutions.
  • Sales Strategy : Contribute to the development of the company’s sales vision and strategy for North America, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Team Leadership : Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Mentor and support team members to meet growth targets.
  • Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase market reach and drive the company’s presence in the region.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals. Contribute to product and go-to-market strategy development.

Qualifications :

  • 15 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, particularly in hardware sales within the technology sector.
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and driving significant revenue growth across North America.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on enterprise sales and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong professional network within the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

    We are primarily looking for candidates based in or near San Francisco, as this role involves frequent collaboration with partners and clients in the region.
