About the Role
We're looking for an associate-level Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale the Clubs App. In this in-office role, you will contribute to both the front-end and back-end development of our platform. Your work will be essential in crafting a seamless experience that integrates our mobile interfaces with robust server-side services, driving the technological backbone of our growth.
In This Role, You Will :
- Develop Mobile Experiences : Build and enhance our mobile applications using Flutter (or a similar mobile framework) to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience.
- Design Robust Backend Systems : Create and maintain backend services using Go (or comparable backend technology) to support secure, efficient operations, including our blockchain-powered transactions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product, design, and other development teams to brainstorm, design, and implement innovative features that drive user engagement.
- Optimize Performance : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full technology stack, ensuring both speed and scalability.
- Maintain Code Quality : Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and follow industry best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate Third-Party Services : Seamlessly incorporate external APIs and services that enhance the overall functionality and security of the platform.
- Embrace Agile Practices : Participate in regular in-office stand-ups, sprint planning, and collaborative problem-solving sessions to meet project milestones.
