The Field Services Technician II (FLSA Non-Exempt role) will provide onsite technical support for multiple healthcare clients in the Cincinnati, OH area and represent DAS Health in a professional and enterprise-level capacity. Key responsibilities include remote break-fix, asset management, technical solutions, and sales investigations.
Hours : Monday - Friday - dayshift
Work Environment : Hybrid - 2 days / on-site, 3 days - remote.
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Responsibilities :
- Update Salesforce and Sharepoint with daily activities.
- Maintain and assist all clients, as needed.
- Undergo ongoing MSP product training, support new products, and become proficient in all aspects.
- Act as a backup for all clients not in their zone.
- Citrix User Support and Administration.
- Other duties, as assigned.
