Position Overview
Bucked Up is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, detailed-oriented Order Processor Specialist. The Order Processor Specialist is responsible for accepting orders and processing them for wholesale sales reps. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail and understands the importance of orders processing in a timely manner. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input customer orders received from various channels (email, website platform)
- Coordinate with Order Fulfillment Teams on orders and delivery dates. Making sure that deadlines are met
- Communicate with customers on any changes to orders and provide updates
- Work with management on issues with orders
- Answer customer questions and requests
- Prepares and distributes reports or other communication on ordering trends with customers
- Coordinate with Customers and other departments on reports of damage or defective items
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Completes task diligently and with minimal supervision
- Proficient in digital literacy and English communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior organization skills
- Paying close attention to details
- Experience with International ordering and paperwork is a plus
- Being a team player
