They are looking to hire an Eastern Regional Sales Manager with the following experience:
- Five plus years of sales experience with a semiconductor organization.
- Familiarity in RF Semiconductors, Power Semiconductors.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience with semiconductor sales in the aerospace and defense industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
- Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
- Coaching/mentoring experience with less senior sales staff.
- A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends, association needs and possible application to real world projects.
