The Residential Painter will play a key role in renovating vacant units between tenants, utilizing expert skills to assist in making our units move-in ready.
Please note a valid Driver's License and large SUV/Truck are REQUIRED to transport ladders.
We also reimburse for mileage on a bi-weekly basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Painting
- Cosmetic repairs, which will include drywall, plaster, etc.
- Effectively communicating with tenants, management, and staff
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Valid Driver's License ** MUST HAVE**
- Reliable Transportation ** MUST HAVE**
- Must have tools to complete tasks outlined above
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work both alone and as part of a team
- Must be able to think on your feet and apply troubleshooting techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
