Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and optimizing financial performance. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, managing budgets, and providing insights to support business goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of annual budget and ad hoc forecasts
- Analyze monthly financial results and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Monitor and report on variances to budget while identifying key drivers of those variances
- Assist with development and maintenance of financial models for forecasts, budgets, and scenario analysis
- Work cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and IT
- Manage ad hoc requests and projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Planful or other FP&A software experience a plus
- Power BI proficiency a plus

- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to multi-task and switch between efforts with minimal friction
- Able to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
- Intermediate or better skill level in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience in Planful or other FP&A software a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles
