tasks. This role communicates between referrals and patients, requests prescriptions,

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory role.
Work Environment
This is a work-from-home position. Travel to the office only when required (i.e. training,
meetings that cannot be completed via Zoom). This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by
an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is typically required to sit; occasionally required to stand, climb or
balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or
move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include both close and distance vision, color and
peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

SUMMARY:
The Clinical Team Assistant assists the Clinical Healthcare Professionals in completing daily
tasks. This role communicates between referrals and patients, requests prescriptions,
completes patient requests, and assists where needed.
Essential Functions
- Completes Compliance CMB tasks daily; including contacting patients, scheduling appointments, and completing Sleep Glad or Telehealth appointments that do not require an HCP.
- Reviews insurance compliance requirements with patients.
- Educates patients on the use & cleaning of their PAP machine & supplies.
- Assists in PAP charting when needed.
- Supports the continuum of care by creating and/or overseeing care plans, communicating with the physician or other clinicians, identifying, and resolving patient care issues whenever possible.
- Maintains current and thorough knowledge of DASCO equipment and services. May assist with quality control, maintenance of equipment, and general support of daily Clinical Outcomes Team operations.
- Completes supply orders for various supplies per patient request.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Education And/Or Experience
- Six months experience in the medical/insurance/healthcare field.
