Dream Job:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works with the child, family, and team members to monitor progress and update the treatment plan on an ongoing basis. We are currently looking for BCBAs to lead and direct the treatment team and work with families by providing regular family guidance training. As a BCBA at DASH, you will provide opportunities for the child, family, and team to recognize and celebrate the child’s success. You will conduct initial assessments, continuously monitor the child's progress, and provide feedback to the treatment team to help ensure the child’s success.

What Does a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Do at DASH?
- Conduct evidenced-based assessments to guide you in developing an individualized treatment plan for each client
- Train team members in implementing treatment plans in the clinic and provide ongoing supervision to ensure correct implementation
- Provide family guidance to help teach family members to implement treatment plans in the home and community
- Collaborate and engage with individuals on the child’s treatment team.
- Analyze data to monitor the progress of the children we support.
- Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to HIPPA and ethical guidelines
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge
About You:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field or Masters Equivalent. (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred)
- Holds active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the BACB
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) state license, if applicable
- Are sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population
- Have the ability to remain calm and neutral in challenging situations
- Have reliable means of transportation
- Have a current and valid CPR/First Aid certification or are willing to obtain
- Have successful background clearance and reference checks
