Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support various construction projects by performing a range of physical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a clean work environment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
