Key Responsibilities

- Assist with **dispatching** to ensure timely and efficient delivery services.

- **Support all markets** on your shift, adapting to the dynamic needs of our business.

- Be **on-call** at designated times to handle phone calls outside of your normal shift.

Schedule and Flexibility

The schedule is determined by the Operations Manager. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work overtime, different shifts, or holidays as needed. If you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for internal candidates who:

- Have **some experience** in logistics scheduling/coordinating, customer service, and leading by example *(preferred)*.

- Have **experience supervising others** in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics setting *(preferred)*.

- Are proficient in **entering orders** via phone and email with attention to detail *(preferred)*.

- Possess **strong computer skills** and familiarity with office-related software *(required)*.

- Have **knowledge of the geographic area** around North and South Carolina, especially the Greater Charlotte area *(preferred)*.

- Demonstrate **excellent communication skills**, with the ability to build rapport with employees and customers.

- Exhibit **strong problem-solving abilities** and a proactive approach.

- Own **reliable transportation** and hold a **valid driver's license**.

- Maintain a **professional appearance** and a **clean criminal background** (no felonies or DUI's in the past 7 years). *Note: A background check and drug screening will be conducted.*
