- Inspire Excellence: Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team dedicated to outstanding kitchen operations.
- Lead Operations: Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Deliver Quality: Ensure all food products meet Dash In’s exceptional standards while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Empower Your Team: Provide the tools, resources, and ongoing training your team needs to excel every day.
- Optimize Productivity: Streamline processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and keep operations running seamlessly.
- Champion Standards: Uphold Dash In’s commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in every aspect of back-of-house operations.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the BOH Manager on inventory, equipment maintenance, and team performance to keep everything on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent -or- interest in enrolling in our employer-paid GED completion program!
- Ambition: Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical & Mental Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and ability to use POS technology
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active ServSafe certification.
