Job Description:
As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence. Your duties will include:

• Team Leadership: Build, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
• Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with guests to address their needs and concerns.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and cleanliness standards to ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory & Task Management: Communicate effectively with management regarding ordering and inventory needs.
• Problem Solving & Service Excellence: Demonstrate strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (2-year college degree preferred).
• Ambition: Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical & Mental Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use POS technology.
