Be the Backbone of Excellence as a Site Maintenance Associate at Dash In!
We’re seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Associate to keep our store and property in top-notch condition, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, functional, and welcoming experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain Pristine Facilities: Keep the forecourt, fueling area, restrooms, and interiors spotless and inviting.
- Handle Repairs and Maintenance: Perform general upkeep tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Support Car Wash Operations: Maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum systems to deliver a flawless experience.
- Manage Waste and Deliveries: Oversee waste disposal, restock coolers, and assist with merchandising.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met with a smile.
- Contribute to Team Excellence: Take part in initiatives that enhance teamwork and store performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
- Familiarity with hand and portable tools (power washer, sprayer, limited power tools)
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Maintenance-related fields
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Willingness to stand or be mobile for at least 6 hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
