DASH Medical Gloves is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vertical Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the Corrections, EMS/First Responder, and Government markets, focusing on closing new customers, recapturing lost customers and increasing wallet share with existing customers.

Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth:
- Execute strategies to increase the number of customers and grow share in focus verticals.
- Own identified vertical projects to ensure vertical growth goals are being met.
- Report on health of sales pipeline, identify churn risks and provide ongoing feedback based on client engagement.
- Participate in obtaining competitor intelligence to stay ahead of the curve on innovations and pricing strategies.
- Attend conferences and events and act as a subject matter expert to address client inquiries.
2. Lead Generation and Cold Calling:
- Utilize leads provided by the Marketing/Data Analyst, from tradeshows, marketing campaigns etc. to conduct targeted cold calling campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential customers within the vertical to expand the customer base – Individual offices, groups, dealers.
- Collaborate with the inside sales (flex) team as needed to achieve key results.
3. Outbound Campaigns:
- Direct and work closely with marketing to ensure the success of vertical initiative including digital and mail campaigns.
- Follow up on campaigns to ensure timely and effective closure of deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or have related life experience.
- Proven experience in sales and ability to close, preferably with selling consumable products.
- Preference for candidates with experience selling to Corrections, EMS/First Responder, and/or Government market segments and a strong understanding of bid-driven business processes.
- Effective prospecting and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and partner with cross functional team members, advocate and actively project manage or self-serve in order to accomplish tasks.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills.
- Self-starter and results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite preferred, not required)
