What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coffee Shop Lead position at Dash's Market?
Full time, leadership position available in our Coffee shop.
This job will require early morning availability at 6am, and open availability- weekends included.
As a Coffee Shop Lead, you duties will include, but not be limited to :
- Properly operating cash register
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Learning all coffee shop drink recipes and barista duties
- Light decorating knowledge and use of pastry bag
- Maintaining a clean department
- Merchandising product, stocking product (lifting and bending)
- Maintaining proper product rotation
