Position Summary
The Customer Support team at Dash Solutions is dedicated to delivering best-in-class service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. At the heart of this team is the Customer Support Representative—a pivotal role that goes beyond simply answering phones and responding to email inquiries. This role is about being the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers rely on, skillfully resolving issues with empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence. Customer Support Representatives are not just problem solvers; they are brand ambassadors who help create meaningful connections and ensure every end-user feels valued, heard, and supported.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Utilize in-house systems and collaborate with software development resources to gather information and conduct thorough research to address customer requests effectively.
- Proactively identify, understand, and resolve customer issues, ensuring calm, respectful, and solution-oriented communication throughout the process.
- Offer alternative solutions when appropriate to meet customer needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Customer Support Manager for timely resolution.
- Support data accuracy by promptly and accurately entering relevant customer information into our customer service platform, Zendesk.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- The ability to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am - 6pm EST
- HS Diploma, college degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or software environment
- The ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to multi-task, listen, and handle challenging situations
- Computer-literate in databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Excellent skills in the following areas: problem-solving, critical thinking, communication (verbal and written)
- Speak English fluently, clearly and able to deliver verbal communications professionally, especially over the phone
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and all internet browsers
- Experience with Zendesk & Jira
- Fluent in Spanish
